I originally started a parts return request, I paid for return shipping 32.00 after some time I emailed support, was told to provide tracking number apparently I had overlooked this. USPS could not provide duplicate tracking number gap in time frame too long. I had been in correspondence with Sally? she told me the whse could not find my package no refund was ever issued I provided my info and parts numbers with amounts I paid, as of today I have never heard back and am out of pocket for return shipping and parts cost.

I ordered a driver side and a passenger side rear corner bumper piece for my Tacoma. Both said in stock on the website (and still does). An hour after I placed the order I got an automated msg saying one piece was out of stock and e-mail customer service for help with picking a different part. I have e-mail, called can not get anyone. They shipped the one that was in stock and charged me for the complete cost. Now it looks like I will have one black rear corner bumper piece and one chrome. It is impossible to get anyone at this company I have been trying for 3 days

Ordered breaks and sent wrong part and on top of that was missing parts. Can't call them, can't live chat and they don't answer Email. After weeks of trying finally got Return Authorization and sent back package. Has been two weeks since FedEx confirmed that they received package and haven't heard anything from them about refund except that it takes two to three days from time of receiving package to submit my refund and Email me a conformation. Doubt I will ever get my money back and don't even have wrong parts to throw in garbage now. Don't order from this company, there is no way to get in touch with them.

Only parts of my order is arriving at a time. Still not complete. But online shows delivered, alarmed.My order was part of a complete kit, but still arrives in bits. Still waiting on a completed order. This is why they charge such a large amount for shipping, as it comes in from all over the united States, one piece at NONEa time.

Using their Online ordering I ordered 4 center wheel discs that where suppose to fit my Truck. I e-mailed them three times and have gotten no response. I cannot call them because their phone doesn't work. JC Whitney used to be a great place to order things for my 1993 Chevy Tahoe, but obviously not any more. Worst service ever

Worst service ever, I realize we have the coronavirus right now, but JC Whitney is the worst service Ive ever had with any company I Have ever dealt with! Ive left email after email with no response, I still havent gotten a receipt for my items and no one gets back to me on missing parts and damaged items! Dont know what happen are used to purchase from them all the time, that will end today!

Don’t deal with them

After there system having a glitch of some sort. Where they charged my bank account and then claimed they had no order. I spent about 6 hours on the phone with them including a conference call with them and my bank, they kept telling me that I would receive a call from there accounting department within 2 hours. In the end the 5th person that I spoke with told me that I would have to wait until Monday because the accounting department did not work on weekends. Do not do business with them because when there is a problem all they will do is lie and give you a run around. I finally just cancelled the transaction thru my bank.

Misleading and dishonest

Found a Go Rhino roll bar advertised on this company's website. The site showed a picture of the unit complete so I ordered it. About a week later one box appeared on the front porch with the rear support tubes and some hardware, and the box had a label on it that said "1 of 2". Called customer service and was informed that the hoop section of the bar was sold seperatly and I'd have to lay out another $300 or so to get the complete kit. I told them I did not want the item since it was misrepresented. They gave me a return authorization without a fight but I'm still out $100 for shipping, a problem that would have not happened if they indicated somewhere that this was not the complete item. They'll not see any more of my money in this lifetime.
