Ordered 3 sets of motorcycle brake pads on sale at half everyone else's price. 1 hour later I get an email all 3 part numbers are out-of-stock but the amount won't be refunded to my account for 7 days. Don't customer service reps have access to online inventory? I guess you can advertise them as cheap as you like if you don't have them at all!
