Not resolved

I placed an order for a part for my car, I waited for almost 2 weeks. However instead of receiving the part I received an email from JC Whitney saying that the part is out of stock and they will refund the money that they have already charged (without having a part to sell!!!!) Why they did not tell me that when I placed my order or sooner than two weeks is beyond my imagination.

I Will never ever get even close to their website or their service, let alone order anything from there.

They just wasted my time. Sooooo pissed.

Monetary Loss: $23.
